By contacting Studio Lips, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Studio Lips provides bridal and non-bridal makeup, hair styling, styling services, and beauty lessons across Surrey, Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland. Specific details, timing, and scope of each service are confirmed at the time of booking.

Appointments are confirmed once both parties have agreed on the date, time, and service. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, and we ask that you provide reasonable notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.

For bridal and large-event bookings, a trial or consultation may be recommended to ensure the best result.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposits, are agreed at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We offer on-location services across the Lower Mainland. Travel arrangements, timing, and any associated travel considerations are discussed and agreed before your appointment.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service. While we use quality, professional products, we are not liable for reactions to products when relevant information has not been disclosed.

With your permission, we may photograph our work for our portfolio and social media. You may decline at any time — just let us know before or after your appointment.

Studio Lips provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for outcomes beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, third-party venue issues, or results affected by information not shared with us in advance.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
